EN: Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I ship everywhere in the world. All products will be automatically shipped to the address entered upon checkout. There are 14 manufacturing facilities located in five different countries.

EN: When will my order be shipped?
All products require 2 - 3 business days to print and manufacture before shipping. Products will ship from the manufacturing facility located nearest to your destination address.
Gift cards are delivered instantly via e-mail.
Please note - even if you select "overnight" as your shipping method, I still need the time (above) to actually print, assemble, and package your order. Everything sold in my shop (apart from orginial artworks) is printed and manufactured "on demand".

EN: What is your cancellation / return policy?
If you're not happy with a purchase that you made through my Shop (meaning via FineArtAmerica.com [FAA]), for any reason, you can return it to FAA within 30 days of the order date. As soon as it arrives, we'll issue a full refund for the entire purchase price. Please note - FAA does not reimburse the outgoing or return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect in quality.

All you have to do is fill out this form. Once you filled out the form, you'll be able to print out a return label which you should use when mailing back your return.

All of our products will be shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on the destination.
We have 14 manufacturing facilities located in five different countries. Your products will ship from the facility that is nearest your destination address. The transit time to your destination will depend on your location in the world, the location of the manufacturing facility, and your selected shipping method (i.e. ground vs. overnight).

Alle Produkte werden via UPS, FedEx oder USPS versandt, je nachdem, wohin die Ware geliefert werden soll. FAA hat 14 Produktionsstätten in fünf verschiedenen Ländern. Die bestellte Ware wird - je nach Produktionsanlage und Produktsortiment - von der in der Bestellung angegebenen Lieferadresse am nächsten gelegenen Produktionsstätte versandt. Die Lieferdauer hängt sowohl vom Standort der Lieferadresse, vom Standort der Produktionsstätte wie auch von der bei der Bestellung gewählten Liefermethode ab.
EN: Do I need to pay customs?
If you are located outside the USA, then you will most probably have to pay customs. Make sure to inform yourself at your local post office for prices as each country has its own rules and regulations when it comes to customs.

EN: What happens if my order is damaged during shipment?
I resp. FAA will replace it! We do our absolute best to package your order so that it arrives in perfect condition. Unfortunately, we can't control the UPS / FedEx delivery drivers who will be handling the order along the way.
If your order arrives damaged, simply contact us using this form and we'll get a replacement order into production ASAP. However, do not worry too much as damage rarely occurs.

EN: What paper / ink do you use?
All of the inks are archival and will last for over 75 years, and all of the papers are acid free at Fine Art America.

EN: Do the prints have a margin/border?
Yes! If you order a print without a mat or frame, for example, we automatically apply a white border around all four sides. Paper prints get a 1" (2.5 cm) white border. Canvas prints get a 2.5" (6.5 cm) white border. The added border makes it easier for you to mat, frame, and/or stretch your print on your own.

Auf jeden Fall! Falls Sie Prints auf Papier oder Leinwand ohne einen Rahmen oder Passepartout bestellen, wird automatisch ein weisser Rand mit einkalkuliert, damit Sie Ihre Prints zu Hause selber und vereinfacht einrahmen oder auf Leinwand aufziehen können. Bei den Prints auf Papier berechnen wir einen Rahmen auf allen vier Seiten von 2.5 cm; bei Prints auf Leinwand (wenn Sie diese bei der Bestellung unbespannt, also ohne Keilrahmen wählen), wird ein Rand auf allen vier Seiten von 6.5 cm mit einberechnet für ein müheloses Aufziehen zu Hause.

No! The FAA watermark logo will not appear on your orders.

EN: Can I hang my prints outside?
Yes - you can hang your prints outside. However - do not hang them anywhere where they will be exposed to direct rain.
Our "hardiest" products for outside use are metal prints and acrylic prints. Both products do not use any paper or canvas, and as a result, moisture is not an issue.
DE: Kann ich meine Prints auch draussen aufhängen?
Ja, das ist möglich. Allerdings sollten diese an einem Ort aufgehängt werden, wo sie keinem Regen ausgesetzt sind. EN: Do you use a UV protectant to protect you prints?
All canvas prints, framed prints, regular prints (rolled in a tube), and greeting cards receive a UV protective coating.
Metal prints and acrylic prints do not receive a protective coating.

EN: Each framed print is hand-crafted at one of our global production facilities using premium papers, museum-quality frames and mats, and archival inks which are designed to last for 75 years without fading.
Mounting: Your framed print will arrive with everything that you need to mount it on your wall.
Small framed prints (less than 20" x 16" [50.8 x 40.64 cm] in size) include a saw-tooth hanger on the back, and medium to large framed prints include a hanging wire or D-clips.
You'll also receive a small plastic bag containing mounting hooks and nails.

EN: Each museum-quality canvas print is hand-crafted using premium cotton / poly canvases, pine stretcher bars and archival inks, which will last for 75 years without fading. You can purchase canvas prints without any framing, they will be ready to hang. There are three options available for the wrapped sides of your canvas print: black, white and mirrored. Additionally, you can customize your canvas print with one of a variety of frames offered in my Shop - for an even more effective look on your walls.
Glossy Canvas: With a glossy finish formula specially designed for pigmented inks, this canvas lovingly recreates the texture and reflectivity of oils on canvas. It also lends a fine art feel to photographs. Bulldog Glossy Canvas has a slightly warm tone and is made from an acid-free poly/cotton blend.
Matte Canvas: The texture and weight of this canvas brings fine art reproductions one step closer to the originals, while the matte finish gives them a softness that invites attention. Chromata Matte Canvas has a bright white tone and is made from an acid-free poly/cotton blend.

DE: Jeder Leinwanddruck wird handgefertigt auf erstklassigem Leinwandstoff aus Baumwolle oder Polyester, mit dokumenten- und lichtechter Drucktinte und auf Kiefer-Keilrahmen aufgezogen. Your image by LLAC gets printed directly onto a lightweight, durable sheet of 1/16" (0.16 cm) thick aluminum, and the aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" (1.9 cm) thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The high gloss of the aluminum sheet complements the rich colors of any image to produce stunning results.
Metal prints are extremely durable. They're lightweight. They won't bend, and they're water resistant.
The wooden frame on the back of the print includes a hanging wire for easy mounting, and you'll also receive a small plastic bag containing mounting hooks and nails.

GREETING CARDS / GRUSSKARTEN
EN: My Greeting Cards are 5“ x 7“ (12.7 x 17.8 cm) in size and are produced on digital offset printers using 100 lb. paper stock. Each card is coated with a UV protectant on the outside surface which produces a semi-gloss finish. The inside of each card has a matte white finish and can be customized with your own message up to 500 characters in length (when ordering a pack of 10 or 25 cards, the same personal message will be printed on each card). Each card comes with a white envelope for mailing or gift giving.
DE: Meine Grusskarten sind 12.7 x 17.8 cm gross und werden mit digitalen Offsetdruckern (100 lb) produziert. EN: My spiral notebooks are 6“ x 8“ (15.24 x 20.32) in size and include 120 pages which are lined on both sides. My artwork is printed on the front cover which is made of thick paper stock and the back cover is medium gray to black in colour. The inside of the back cover includes a pocket for storing extra paper and pens.

EN: The soft microfiber duvet covers are hand sewn and include a hidden zipper for easy washing and assembly. Your selcted image by LLAC is printed on the top surface with a soft surface underneath. All duvet covers are machine washable with cold water and mild detergent.
